    Brochure measures 4 by 9 inches and opens into an eight-panel, two-sided, document.
    The brochure is in VERY GOOD PLUS condition

    Minor creasing.   Two pinholes at crease joints.   There are a couple of 1/2-inch-long THIN SPOTS along two of the creases that  have yet to split.
    No other splits or tears.   No writing.
