    by Stauffer Systems priced originally 10 cents, 1947.  Paper booklet with Staple binding.  Wear and discoloration consistent with age.  No tears or folds.  6 pages + front and backs covers. There are pencil marks next to some products as someone 70 years ago was following the Reducing Diets.  An interesting look at a weight loss system from long ago.  Sold as pictured.  I am happy to answer questions.  Thanks for having a look!
